Mr. Weber is the contributing author for the State of New York in the recently published treatise, "International Commercial Debt Collections," (Thompson Carswell, 2007), edited by David Franklin. Mr. Weber has been a featured speaker at the Commercial law League of America (CLLA) conventions, as well as before several Chambers of Commerce and other commercial organizations.
